Syllabus / What will i learn?

The Preliminary Examination shall be an objective type examination in which 70% weightage will be given to the subjects prescribed in the syllabus for Law Paper-I and Law Paper-II, and 30% weightage shall be given to test proficiency in Hindi and English language. The marks obtained in the preliminary examination shall not be counted towards the final selection.

The Exam will be Objective Type.

The Exam will be 100 Marks/ Questions.

The time Duration of the Examination will be 02 Hours.

There will be no Negative Marking.

Description

There will be a Screening Test and will consist of one paper of multiple objective type questions (MCQs) carrying maximum of 200 marks.

In the Preliminary Examination, the questions will be around the general knowledge and aptitude of the candidate, candidate’s power of expression, flair in English, knowledge of objective type legal problems and their solutions.
